Hope has the great blessing of being able to assist our children to improve their overall health. In addition to providing, healthy, well-balanced meals and a multivitamin daily through our nutrition program, we offer health & hygiene components to each of our children.

Hygiene
Good overall health starts with basic hygiene. Hope provides soap for hand washing, and maintains high levels of hygiene throughout the ministry. When possible, we provide for haircuts, nail cleaning and cutting, toothbrushes, dish and clothing detergent and basic training on how to wash hands and the importance of basic dental hygiene.

General Health Assistance
While Hope is not an ambulance service, nor a hospital, we do help the children when it is possible. We provide basic first aid, pain relievers, and antibiotics. We assist in making appointments, periodically bring in doctors to do general checkups and eye exams, take our children to their appointments, to the hospital in emergency situations, and even assist financially with medicine, prescriptions, exams, tests, and treatments. This includes both medical and dental care.
